What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis bypasses the critical faculty (the filter between our conscious and subconscious mind) in order to integrate new, desirable, empowering suggestions.

What that means for the listener is relaxing guided imagery that winds you down to a theta state (where we dream). While your conscious mind is taking a break from higher thinking, your subconscious mind + the universe are in co-creation to rewire your identity and bring all of your desires into fruition.

Once you allow yourself time to integrate (by tracking and taking aligned action), you will notice a change in your life. You will begin to embody your new reality by thinking like the person who already has it.
